How to use Mia Vita® Personal Lubricant & Moisturizer

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Unwrap the applicator.
  3. Insert the applicator into your vagina as far as is comfortable. Then push the plunger all the way into the barrel with your finger — in the same way you would insert a tampon. (If this is painful, you may want use a little of our external moisturizer, Mia Vita®  Gel, around your vaginal opening before inserting the applicator.)
  4. Remove the applicator and dispose of it thoughtfully.
  5. Wash your hands again and be on your way.

How to use Mia Vita® Gel

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Squeeze a pearl size drop of gel onto a tissue or your fingertip.
  3. Apply to the vulva and skin around your vagina.
  4. Wash your hands again and be on your way.

*Mia Vita® is compatible with natural rubber, latex, and polyisoprene condoms. It is not compatible with polyurethane condoms. Mia Vita® Gel is not for intravaginal use or use as a sexual lubricant.
