Account

To log in to your account:
Select the Log In option in the top navigation of the site. From there, enter your username (or email address) and password to log in.

To make changes to your account:
Once you are logged in, click on My Account, where you will see a list of your current subscriptions. From there, you can edit the default shipping and billing address, as well as review and change current subscriptions. 

One-time orders cannot be canceled or edited from My Account. Email [email protected] or call 1-833-336-7476, and we’ll sort it out.

To change a subscription, find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From there, you can suspend, reactivate, resubscribe, cancel, change payment information, or change the shipping address of the specific subscription.

Subscription

To make changes to your subscription:

To change a subscription, find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From there, you can either suspend, reactivate, resubscribe, cancel, change payment information, or change the shipping address of this specific subscription.

How a subscription works:
You have the option of subscribing to one or more boxes each month. You can also subscribe to one box every three months. The box contents depend on the products you choose. For example, the Satisfem™ Bud comes 20 per box. You can log in and change your subscription or call us at 1-833-336-7476.

You can choose to receive products every month or every three months. For security reasons, we cannot change the frequency of your subscription. Instead, you can cancel your subscription and start a new one with the new frequency. 

Your subscription automatically renews each month or every three months, depending on the subscription frequency you choose.

To adjust the contents of your refill:
You must make changes to your subscription before the monthly due date. To adjust an order, log in and click on My Account, where you will see a list of your current subscriptions. From there, you can review and change your subscription.

To skip your refill:
To skip one or more refills, you must suspend your subscription before the monthly due date. You can log in to your account to see when your next subscription is due to ship out, and you will also get 2 reminder emails.

To suspend a subscription, go to My Account, where you can see a list of your subscriptions. Find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From the subscription page, select Suspend. When you wish to continue receiving orders, you can reactivate that subscription. 

To cancel a subscription:
Log in and click on My Account, where you can see your subscription. Find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From the subscription page, select Cancel.

Shipping

The basics:

  • Standard shipping to the lower 48 United States via the US Postal Service (3-5 business days) is free. 
  • The rate for 2-day shipping via USPS is based on the size of your order and your location.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • You do not have to be home to receive your order.
  • Orders placed during business hours will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed outside of business hours—over the weekend or holidays—will be fulfilled the following business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

To update your shipping address:
Log in to your account and click on the Addresses tab. From there, click the Edit button to update your address.

Or, to edit the shipping address of a specific subscription, find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From the Subscription page, select Change Address.

If your order or subscription has already been shipped to the wrong address:

Billing

To update your billing address:
Log in to your account and click on the Addresses tab. From there, click the Edit button to update your address.

Policies

Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription any time, free of charge. 

Satisfaction guarantee:
With our satisfaction guarantee you can try our products risk free. We hope you love them, but if you don’t, email [email protected] or call 1-833-336-7476 to request a refund.

Refunds and returns:
If you request a refund, there’s no need to return the product. We will process your refund within 30 days.

Can I make a one-time purchase?
Though we highly recommend you use our products regularly to achieve the best possible results, you can make a one-time purchase.

Can I try a sample of products?
We do not offer samples of our products. However, you can purchase a trial size with a satisfaction guarantee.

Are your products available in retail stores?
We are not currently available in retail stores.

How should I store products?
All FemmePharma products should be stored at room temperature.

Do your products contain perfumes or dyes?
No. None of our products contain perfumes or dyes.

Do your products contain estrogen or hormones?
No. Our products are free of hormones.

What does it mean to be manufactured under GMP?
The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard ensures that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It was established to minimize the risks involved in any pharmaceutical production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. GMP covers all aspects of production, from the starting materials, premises, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process every time a product is made.

Satisfem™ Product FAQs

How often should I use Satisfem™?
Every woman is different, with varying degrees of dryness. Some women use it twice a day. Others use it only occasionally. Regular use will provide the best relief, and we recommend using Satisfem™ daily for 30 days and then as often as you feel you need it. Your doctor may recommend a different schedule.

Is there a maximum number of times I can apply Satisfem™ in a 24-hour period?
No. Satisfem™ is for external use only. Apply it to the skin outside of the vagina and the vulvar tissue.

Can the Satisfem™ Bud applicator be used more than once?
No. Each applicator is hygienically packaged for single use only.

Can I use Satisfem™ vaginal moisturizer as a sexual lubricant?
No. But another of our products, Satisfaite™, can be used as both moisturizer and lubricant. Please see the differences below.

  • Vaginal moisturizers are intended to help with chronic symptoms of vaginal dryness. They are meant to be used daily to moisturize the vagina.
  • Intimate skin moisturizers are used on the outside of the vagina and on the labia to help with vaginal itching, burning, and irritation. 
  • Intimate skin moisturizers or vaginal moisturizers are not intended as aids for intercourse.
  • Lubricants are intended for use at the time of sexual activity. They are applied to the vaginal opening and to your partner to provide lubrication and reduce the pain associated with vaginal dryness and atrophy.

Can I use Satisfaite™ vaginal moisturizer as a sexual lubricant?
Yes. This product has been FDA cleared for internal vaginal use. It can, therefore, be used as both moisturizer and lubricant. This is not always true of other intimate skin moisturizers, and we recommend always checking the product label to ensure it is cleared for use as both. 

Can I use a vaginal moisturizer as birth control?
No. Moisturizers cannot prevent pregnancy.

Can I use a vaginal moisturizer to prevent the spread of STIs/STDs?
No. Moisturizers do not have any disease-preventing properties.

Can I use condoms with Satisfem™ and Satisfaite™?
Absolutely. This product is compatible with natural rubber, latex, and polyisoprene condoms. However, it is not compatible with polyurethane condoms.
