Shipping & Returns Policy


The basics:

  • Standard shipping to the lower 48 United States via the US Postal Service (3-5 business days) is free for orders above $30 and $2.95 for orders below $30.
  • We do not offer overnight shipping.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • You do not have to be home to receive your order.
  • Orders placed during normal business hours (9AM to 5PM ET) will be fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed outside of business hours — over the weekend or holidays — will be fulfilled the following business day.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

To update your shipping address:
Log in to your account and click on the Addresses tab. From there, click the Edit button to update your address.

Or, to edit the shipping address of a specific subscription, find the subscription you wish to edit and click View. From the Subscription page, select Change Address.


Refunds and returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will provide you with a full refund. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days and will be issued to the credit card with which you made payment. Send an email to [email protected] for further help.
