Director of Digital Marketing Analytics

FemmePharma Consumer Healthcare based in Wayne, PA seeks Director of Digital Marketing Analytics to develop performance marketing efforts and drive continued digital growth for the business across new and existing channels. Director M-F will work 40 hr/wk doing the following :

• Develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for healthy growth in the future
• Grow current and test new digital channels for growth influencer, affiliate, wholesale, etc.)
• Drive merchandising and marketing initiatives using data analytics.

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or equivalent major
• Minimum of two years of e-commerce growth marketing experience.
• Candidate must have Google Analytics and WooCommerce experience.
